We provide FREE SHIPPING on almost all orders.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Item will be shipped within 48 hours after full payment is received on business day. It will take 3-15 business days transit time after shipped. We cooperate with FedEx, UPS, USPS，and DHL to provide shipping for your orders. Although your order may experience a shipping delay due to the weather / holidays and other uncertainties, 95% of our online orders will be delivered on time. Business days refer to Monday~Friday (excluded holidays and weekends).
Email us if not receive items after 15 working days after full payment sent. If it is delayed, the item may reach some more days later than the estimate delivery date. But we will try our best to ensure the items reach soon.
How to track my purchase?
Our customer service will provide you with the logistics tracking code of the goods after delivery. You can check the status by entering the tracking number emailed to you after placing your order.
How to change or cancel an order?
To change or cancel an order that has already been processed, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance.
How to choose expedited shipping options?
Expedited shipping is also available for some products, allowing you to upgrade your shipping so that your product arrives sooner. You’ll have to pay an additional cost for this service. If you need expedited transportation, please contact online customer service for specific transportation methods and costs.
What methods are used to collect taxes?
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. We will try our best to reduce the risk of the custom duties.
