What Should I Do If I Want To Return The Goods?

We offer a one-month guarantee on return and exchanges. If you have any issues with the product during this period, please feel free to contact with us! Our customer service team will either send a replacement or process the refund for you.

 

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Merchandise must be returned in it’s original, unused condition and packaging include. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns that do not meet these requirements.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper,however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper(5 to 10 business days). The time it take us to process your return once we receive it(3 to 5 business days).

What if my item/ package arrives damaged?

When you receive your item, please check your item carefully. If the package appears damaged, please complete the following steps:
1) Take a picture of the damage.
2) Then please email us at lxs@wefindnew.com immediately and attach the photos.
3) We will contact you directly with the next steps.
4) DO NOT throw away the boxes or packaging materials, otherwise, your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.

Before You Return:

Kindly provides the below information for our reference:

ORDER ID, PRODUCT NAME, RETURN TRACKING NUMBER, QUANTITY& RETURN REASON(Such as: Faulty, Order Error, Received Wrong Item, etc.)

Please Note:

The hardware kit is worn or damaged during the installation process, which affects the secondary sales and cannot be returned;
Product quality problems or damage during transportation, you should provide a picture of the damaged package you received, and the proof of product damage.
If you return the package, be sure to provide the tracking number for the return order so that we can confirm receipt of the package and issue a refund to you.
The original shipping charges incurred in your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return.
Mystery Box products have random styles, non-quality problems, and return and exchange services are not accepted.
